Sackholder Waste Colouring

 

Under new guidelines, Orange coloured sackholders will now be used for waste which may be "treated".

Defined, the waste which can be placed within the sackholder is the following:

Indicative treatment/disposal required is to be "rendered safe" in a suitably permitted or licensed facility, usually alternative treatment plants (ATPs). However this waste may also be disposed of by incineration.

Wybone have already been contacted by a number of hospitals and clinical services to take the new coloured sackholder on board.
