Wybone Unleash New Powder Coating Mix Onto The Market

WYBONE NEW DEVELOPMENT IN SACKHOLDER DESIGN

Wybone are delighted to announce a breakthrough with the design of their Sackholders. Using technological advances from the USA, Wybone's sackholders are now even more ideally suited for areas where cleanliness is crucial with the development of our antimicrobial powder coatings.

Wybone's coatings contain elemented silver, ionically bounded into a biocompatable ceramic material. The mixture works in the presence of moisture-  silver ions are slowly released in a controlled and steady manner that effectively maintains an antimicrobial surface which effectively prevents the growth of bacteria, mould and fungi.

This is ideal for hospital settings and confirms Wybone's commitment to providing the best quality products and solutions to their customers.

Wybone Managing Director Richard Cooper commented " This new technology has raised the bar within our sackholder range to a new level. We are always keen to improve the usefulness of our products for our customers and the silver ion development can only improve cleanliness in the hospitals across the UK."

The Technology

Silver ions in a 100% inorganic aluminosilicate carrier are released through a unique ion exchange process. Moisture in the air causes a controlled release at a slow, steady rate to provide excellent protection for decades.
