Manufactured from heavy duty 50mm box section steel with galvanised steel cladding panels which are zinc primed and powder coated. Available with hardwood, textured , stainless steel or powder coated side panels. 

The largest of the MLB styled range, this bin acts as an extremely high capacity litter solution. Encompassing a 240 litre wheeled bin, litter can easily be taken away without the need of liners. The sister model of the WBC/240Z, this bin offers larger apertures as well as internal guides that allow the wheeled bin to always be centralised. The bin comes complete with a solid steel base and has a stainless steel piano hinge as standard. This is a great option for very high capacity litter areas.

Wybone have launched an innovative product to help businesses and local authorities with a useful recycling solution. The Recyclo Recycling bin system has been designed with practicality in mind, offering a unique space where recycling becomes a viable option. Designed to accomodate an open 240L Wheelie Bin which is inserted into the Recyclo Recycling bin system, once full, the wheelie bins can be taken out of the unit and easily emptied or replaced. This product can be produced in any colour (door or body) with any shaped aperture to meet any requirement and any standard colour to meet your exact specification, be it plastic bottles, cans, paper, card or any other substance. The design of the product means that it is also virtually impossible for any rubbish thrown into it to miss the Wheelie Bin inside. Our manufacturing technique lends itself to producing bespoke products and because of this, we can even be more specific and create apertures especially to match needs, for example Pizza Boxes or cartons, with units placed outside takeaways to meet a certain purpose.

These clever recycling bins can also be easily bolted together to form a complete recycling bin unit  to meet your requirements. These can be placed in car parks, outside offices, or in general communial areas and are ideal for those who want a recycling solution but do not wish to have the recycle skips which take up large amounts of space.

The units are made of weatherproof material (GFC) which can easily be left in areas such as sea-fronts the whole year round. The advantage of this material is that it cannot rust, is impervious to salt corrosion and has strength and durability, therefore is massively resistant to vandalism as well. Animal proof apertures can be adapted and added to meet the customer's individual needs. A slam locking front door is also an option and all of the units can also be customised to corporate colours, in keeping with any brand image which is wished to be matched.

The WBC/1000 and WBC/1280 are specifically designed ‘industrial’ wheeled bin covers. Constructed from reinforced glass fibre composite, their features include hinged lockable front doors with ‘easy access’ ramp and lockable roof lid with gas struts.

The SBC/1000 is a secure industrial bin site that has been specifically designed for areas where arson is a potential problem or where a securely fixed dedicated trade refuse container is required. The unit features a gas strut operated front, pre-drilled floor fixing holes, single padlock and a close fitting design that inhibits the use of the wheeled bin without authorised access. The SBC/1000 is constructed from galvanised steel lending the unit high vandal resistance and fire proof qualities.
