Ordering

Ordering with Wybone is made quick and simple. We take purchase orders online, by fax, email or telephone (if paying with credit/debit card).

The basic steps of placing an order with Wybone by any of the above methods are as follows:

Choosing a Product

Browse the online catalogue to see our extensive range of products. Search under the products section and use the product index guide which is situated down the left-hand side of the screen to help you search for your specific requirements.

The following information is required for all products before an order can be placed:

1. Product Code (ie, LBV/20, RG/6 etc)
2. Process Option (ie, Metal, GFC, Polythene)
3. Product Finish (ie, Textured, Smooth, Victoriana)
4. Product Colour (Note: If choosing a product with a Victoriana finish, it is essential you provide both the body colour and beading colour ie, Black Body / Gold Beading. This also applies when ordering a Sackholder, please ensure you provide both the body colour and component colour ie, Mushroom Body / Black Lid & Components.)
5. Optional Extras Required (ie, Slam Locks, Lettering, Logo etc.)
6. Fixing Options

Ordering

All orders require an official order number and should be made in writing either by fax, email or post unless ordering online. Any verbal orders placed with credit/debit cards will be forwarded to you for a confirmation signature.

Please provide a method of contact when placing your order, ideally we require your telephone, fax and email address.

Invoice/Delivery Details

When placing your order it is essential we are provided with full postal address details for both Invoicing and Delivery. These can be separate addresses, however we cannot process any orders without POSTCODES, therefore please ensure this is stated at the time of ordering.

Delivery Charges

The following charges are applicable to all UK mainland orders. All charges are worked out according to weight.

Applicable to orders with a value less than: Sackholders £300.00, Litter Bins £500.00
