Products throughout this catalogue are illustrated with a Process logo, aimed at providing information about that product's manufacturing process. Your choice of product should not be based only on design and final application, but the environment into which the product is to be sited. Standard colours

Understanding that all our customers are individuals, we try to be as flexible as possible with our colour options. To help you decide on your preferred colour for your next Wybone product, we have placed a standard colour chart at the bottom of each left hand page. This chart is designed to show you the specific colours that are available on the product of your choice, simply select your preferred colour from the chart then refer back to the table below to find the specific colour reference.

Victoriana

Victoriana - Specifically designed for a pseudo-cast appearance, the Victoriana range was originally introduced in a black finish with gold painted beading to embrace the Victorian elegance of yesteryear. Due to popular demand the range developed enabling our customers to specify their preferred colour scheme while retaining the same pseudo-cast appearance. Please specify both a body and beading colour when ordering Victoriana Finish.

Textured GFC Textured GRC Textured METAL

Textured - Available on a wide range of Wybone products, the Textured finish was specifically designed to combat unwanted graffiti and billboard posters defacing GFC and GRC products. Textured Finish is available in a wide range of colour options.

Smooth GFC Smooth GRC Smooth METAL

Smooth - Designed to provide our customers with an intermediate option to both our Victoriana and Textured finishes, the smooth finish offers the client an aesthetically pleasing yet cost effective alternative. Smooth Finish is available in a wide range of colour options.

GLASS FIBRE COMPOSITE

GFC Rhino

  • Ideal for urban and coastal applications

  • Impervious to salt corrosion

Embracing many of the qualities of the GRC range, our Glass Fibre Composite litter solutions are ideally suited to both urban and coastal applications. The product is manufactured using a technique exclusively developed by Wybone whereby a core material is encapsulated using Glass Fibre Polyester Resins. The process lends the product outstanding strength and durability and renders it impervious to salt corrosion.

Wybone's reputation of outstanding product quality and durability was forged on the Glass Reinforced Polyester process over thirty years ago. The products are hand laminated using proficient moulding techniques and finished with a unique gel coating system that lends them outstanding salt and weather resistance properties. GRP based products require little or no maintenance and are renowned for their life expectancy.

The nature of a Glass Reinforced Cement product lends itself undoubtedly to an urban application. The product is manufactured using a sophisticated moulding system producing a reinforced cement and alkaline resistant glass fibre matrix. The GRC process provides a product with outstanding vandal resistance, 100% fire protection and a high corrosion tolerance.
