Gwynedd Loves Wybone Bins
Gwynedd in North Wales is a coastal area and as such salt corrosion is a big problem. The local council found this when they brought litter bins made from zintec steel, because the environment ate away at the metal causing rust and decay.
So when new bins were needed Gwynedd Council knew where to come. Wybone’s products are made from fully galvanised steel, which gives much better protection from salt corrosion.
Wybone’s designers created a bespoke litter bin to meet exact requirements including increasing the capacity to 120 litres. As shown in the picture the product was laser cut with Gwynedd’s logo and the “Tidy Town’s” artwork.
The picture was taken in Barmouth Town Centre, and shows the Mayor inspecting the new MLB/120s in Gwynedd Council’s standard “Tidy Town’s” livery.”
