New Hybrid Sackholder
How often have you had to make a choice between one product over another? Well now you don’t have to. Wybone has come up with a cunning way for you to have the best of both worlds, with the new Hybrid clinical waste sackholder.
It’s neither completely metal nor completely polythene. It’s actually a fusion of both.
The Hybrid’s polythene foot unit gives you the benefit of being wet room proof whilst also not marking floors or walls. Conversely having a plastisol (plastic coated steel) body and a steel lid guarantees fire protection.
Wybone’s Managing Director Richard Cooper says: “We listened to what our customers were telling us and decided to act on their ideas. From those comments we set about designing the Hybrid to encompass the best bits from two of our most popular sackholders. This is the result and it’s something I’m extremely proud of.”
It comes in a range of sizes including 28, 42, 70 and 80 litres. All the standard clinical waste segregation colours are available to allow the collection of all waste streams.
We’ve already taken the product out into the market and have been getting great initial feedback. Waste managers and facilities managers alike at the AHCP exhibition in Telford were impressed with the aesthetics and functionality. The stand out message is it fits the bill because it is easy to clean, fire proof and matches the appearance of the existing range of Wybone's clinical waste sackholders.
As with all Wybone’s sackholders it comes with our anti-bacterial coating Bactiban as standard, which helps prevent the spread of infection. Adding a hands free opening lid will also decrease the risk of spreading germs because the sackholder cannot be opened by hand but only by using the foot pedal.
The Hybrid clinical waste sackholder is easy to clean due to the removable body and integrated leak-proof tray, to catch any spills.
