"Thanks for your quick response in resolving a delivery issue for me. My customer ordered a sack holder and required it urgently. I rang a couple of days ago and was told my order would be ready for despatch in three weeks, however I explained the order was really urgent and would you try and arrange earlier delivery if possible or indeed if you could send a similar product. I was told the company would see what they could do. I was away for a couple of days and came back in today when I was given the delivery note for the urgent sack holder in question, I was so pleased with the quick turn around from your company I felt I should let you know how I appreciated your response.
