They are modular construction and are made out of Heavy Duty rectangular steel section which is finished with AKZO Nobel 15year galvanised exterior guaranteed powdercoat (Bismuth in Colour, grey) which makes them rust and corrosion free. The shelters have upright stanchions at every metre giving strength and stability.
The sides are heavy duty clear Polypropylene flexible curtain, ready to hang with specially designed swing fixings.Cover all 4 sides as much as you want. UV and fire resistant.

The shelter is anchored with easy fix foot plates with expandable bolts. The flat roof slopes and overhangs the frame and is infilled with triple wall, translucent polycarbonate sheeting.
The shelters come with everything supplied and are easily installed – simply bolt together. All shelters come with extensive Guarantees and Warranties.

NEW LEGISLATION DOMED ROOF SMOKING SHELTER.

This shelter has been specifically designed to conform to Scottish and Irish legislation which means the shelter must not be wholly or substantially enclosed. This means the openings of the shelters must be greater than 50% of the area of the walls.

The Shelter is constructed of 40mm Square box section. The shelters are polyester/epoxy powder coated paint to make them more attractive and rustproof.

Glazing is scratch-resistant polyester/Polycarbonate that will not yellow in sunlight.

The roof is manufactured from black fibreglass.

In anticipation of forthcoming legislation,we do not recommend installing the canopy over a doorway for use as a smoking area.The canopy can be neatly fitted to the sides of buildings to provide shelter from the rain for your employees and customers alike while they are smoking.The illustration shows our construction of a lightweight Aluminium frame with solid Polycarbonate panels. The modular design means we can easily add to the length to suit your available space.
